The Charms of Fairmount Park provide authentic, traditional settings reflecting the importance of Philadelphia and its history. The Charms Houses, as well as other scenic Fairmount Park locations, can enhance your next celebration or event.  These beautiful settings in the Park provide a natural, classic backdrop celebrating the past. Rental availability and policies vary by individual house.

The Charms of Fairmount Park:

Laurel Hill:  Laurel Hill is available for luncheons, teas, private parties, weddings, meetings and other social occasions. Indoor rental can accommodate up to 60 people in the octagonal room, with a max of 70 total for indoor rental. An outdoor tent may also be erected, provided by the renter.  Plenty of free parking is available.  A site supervisor is required on the premises for all rentals.  Renters must have liability insurance and agree to house rules and regulations before scheduling.

Historic Strawberry Mansion: Historic Strawberry Mansion offers unique event spaces for intimate dinners of 25 to catered celebrations of 240.  Plan a luxurious outdoor celebration (up to 250 people) on the expansive rear grounds where guests may mingle on the full-length brick terrace overlooking a beautiful Azalea path that winds around the perimeter of the property.
